We have a 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchasing your item to request an exchange or return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. 

We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you. We will process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible and advise you immediately of any unexpected delays in processing your return or exchange.

USA SHIPPING

Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday and ship usually within 3-5 days. This is because our inventory is stored at an eFulfillment center and it takes time to process, package and ship our orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to most countries through a third party processor. This means that we ship the package to a freight forwarder in the US who then ships the package to the purchasers home country.

You will be provided a tracking link to track your purchase; however, remember that it takes time to get to the forwarder, time for the forwarder to relabel the package, and then time to get to customs in your country.
