Scheyden B-24 Liberator Titanium Pilot Focused Aviator Sunglasses
Inspired by the B-24 Liberator. Hand-crafted titanium. Built for pilots who honor aviation history. The Scheyden B-24 Liberator pays tribute to one of WWII's most iconic heavy bombers — the Consolidated B-24 Liberator, which flew more missions than any other American aircraft of the war. These hand-crafted titanium aviator sunglasses carry that same spirit of precision, endurance, and purpose. Ultralight, incredibly durable, and slim enough to fit comfortably under any headset or hat, the B-24 Liberator is a sunglass worthy of the name it bears. Handmade in Japan.

Frequently asked questions
Which are better - Polarized or Non-Polarized lenses?
For pilots, polarized lenses can cause serious instrument visibility problems in the cockpit. In addition, polarized lenses reduce glare and therefore inhibit pilots from seeing other aircraft. Therefore, for pilots non-polarized lenses are better.
Do darker lenses provide more UV protectiion?
False. UV protection is a coating or material property, not related to lens darkness. A clear lens with the UV400 coating protects better than a very dark lens without UV protection. All of our lenses come with UVA/UVB 400nm UV protection.
Are you just paying for a brand name?
Premium materials like mineral glass lenses and titanium frames have real, measureable performance differences that budget materials cannot replicate. The Scheyden price point reflects material costs and performance.
How should you clean your sunglasses?
Use a clean microfiber cloth and lens cleaning spray. Avoid wiping dry lenses with clothing or paper products which can introduce fine scratches. Rinse with water before wiping if there is dust or grit on the lenses.
