Method Seven Pilot Clip-On Sunglasses
Free Returns/Exchanges
Description
Prescription glasses in the cockpit? Now you can have Method Seven optics too.
If you wear prescription glasses, you know the frustration — juggling between your glasses and a separate pair of sunglasses, or squinting through lenses that weren't designed for aviation. The Method Seven Pilot Clip-On solves that cleanly. Slip it over your existing eyeglass frame in seconds and you instantly have Method Seven's Notch Filtering Technology working for you — enhanced contrast, sharper color, and full UV protection — without a second pair of frames.
At $70, it's the most affordable way to bring professional-grade pilot optics to the cockpit without replacing your prescription glasses.
What the Clip-On Does For You
- Sharpens your vision at altitude — over your existing glasses — Notch Filtering Technology selectively filters specific light wavelengths for enhanced color accuracy, contrast, and clarity. The same advanced lens technology found in Method Seven's full sunglass lineup, now accessible to pilots who wear prescription frames.
- Keeps your instruments readable — Non-polarized lenses mean LCD displays, glass cockpits, and avionics screens stay crisp and interference-free. No distortion through aircraft windows either — critical for pilots who can't afford visual surprises in the cockpit.
- Protects your eyes at altitude — Full UV blocking without distorting electronic displays. UV exposure increases significantly the higher you fly — the Clip-On keeps your eyes protected on every leg.
- On in seconds, off in seconds — Slips easily over your regular eyeglass frame with no tools, no adjustments. Stow it in your flight bag when you don't need it and clip it on the moment you do.
- Two sizes to fit your frames — 45mm and 50mm options cover a wide range of prescription lens sizes so you get a clean, secure fit.
- Lightweight and compact — Barely adds any weight to your existing glasses. You'll forget it's there until you need it.

USA SHIPPING
Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday and ship usually within 3-5 days. This is because our inventory is stored at an eFulfillment center and it takes time to process, package and ship our orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to most countries through a third party processor. This means that we ship the package to a freight forwarder in the US who then ships the package to the purchasers home country.
You will be provided a tracking link to track your purchase; however, remember that it takes time to get to the forwarder, time for the forwarder to relabel the package, and then time to get to customs in your country.
