Description
Classic aviator style. Performance optics engineered for the cockpit.
The Method Seven Ascent is where timeless aviator design meets serious pilot performance. Built for aviators, veterans, outdoor athletes, and sailors who won't settle for fashion-grade lenses, the Ascent pairs a comfortable titanium frame with Method Seven's proprietary Notch Filtering Technology — delivering sharper contrast, truer color, and less visual fatigue from wheels-up to touchdown.

What the Ascent Does For You
- Sharpens your vision at altitude — Notch Filtering Technology selectively removes specific light wavelengths to boost contrast and color accuracy far beyond standard tinted lenses. Traffic, terrain, and instruments all stand out with greater definition.
- Fits under headsets and helmets without breaking the seal — The titanium frame is lightweight and flexible, staying comfortable under close-fitting headsets without pressure points or acoustic seal compromise. No missed radio calls.
- Keeps your instruments readable — Non-polarized lenses mean LCD displays, glass cockpits, and avionics screens stay crisp and interference-free. No distortion through aircraft windows either.
- Reduces eye fatigue on long flights — By filtering the wavelengths that cause strain, the Ascent lets your eyes work less and your situational awareness stay sharper from departure to landing.
- Protects your eyes at altitude — Full UV blocking across all lens options. UV exposure increases significantly the higher you fly — the Ascent keeps your eyes protected on every leg.
- Choose your lens for your conditions — Mineral glass for maximum optical clarity, or shatterproof polycarbonate for durability. Three VLT options (9%, 18%) to match bright daylight, variable light, or mixed conditions.
